base map for e-manage

Your car should be able to run without any adjustment at all on your e-manage, so there is no "base" map. Base maps are for cars that need a certain value sent to the engine management (depending on load, rpm, tps, etc...) in order for that car to run. E-manage basically adjusts your AFM signal to trick the computer into adding or subtracting fuel. Simple, If your afraid of damaging your engine then let somebody else (with experience) tune it. Watch or preferably log your wideband A/F ratio's and egt's, then make adjustments to your map's accordingly.

as budda alluded to, with any piggyback, there is no base map....it's a piggyback- it merely modifies the inputs to the ECU to achieve desired results. set up the eman with the proper settings, start tuning....
