Ball Bearing Turbo question

I'm building an engine for a friend and he purchased the BOSS turbo kit from suprasport in dual ball bearing form. I verified that the oil feed fitting that came with it doesn't have a restrictor builtin.
It is my understanding that dual ball bearing turbos do not require as much oil to be fed to them, so the oil feed fitting should have a restrictor to supply only the required amount of oil to be fed to the turbo. Otherwise too much oil feed can blow the turbo seals. Is this correct?

You need one and suprasport sells the restrictor I think.
