k well i tried posting in the piggyback section twice but on luck of it showing and no news from it from the moderators so im going to try posting here.

the safc is wired in for a karman sensor and all the wires match up to the wiring diagram from the safc wiring manual. when i start the car the car throws a check engine light. the codes for the afm and i tried switching it with a known working afm and still has a code. whats weird is safc works fine except the air flow %. it reads 0.0% constantly. so i jump the afm wire back to its original state and no engine code and the safc works the same.

i read in the wiring manual that if you unplug the ecu with the safc installed and you dont disconnect the battery the safc may throw a code constantly after that. has this happen to anyone else? is there a way to fix it?? please help. and thanks for reading
