bad aem wideband sensor

my wideband sensor just went bad :( it just stays at 14.7 and doesnt move lol..i bought it only about 4 months ago. the same thing happened to my on his supra 3 weeks ago..is there a problem with these sensors? and is it hard to get back another sensor from AEM? because i really dont want them to give me a run around i need it asap. how many of you guys did this happen to?

try to recalibrate it and see if that works, thats why i went with the innovate lc1/xd16. i have had mine for two years and many friends have had theres even longer:) but it is a good idea to recalibrate it after the first 3 month and then every six months.
