having some auto problems its a 89 turbo 7mgte
Driving around town low speed in drive she drives just fine. However when i hammer it she still shift at 3-4 thousand rpms. Then i'll put her in power mode and she go 3,500-5,000 before shifting. but when i put her in low she does not stay in low she shifts out like she was in 2nd and she'll stay in 2nd but she will allmost never shift into first. i checked the fuild level and it was about a little low toped it off and it drove better for a while and now it is back to its old self.

the car has a ct-26-57 3 inch down pipe no mufflers just a down pipe a intercooler piping kit and intercooler and a stock auto trans with Lexus wheels with 215-45-r16s and i 148,000 miles and 10 psi.
How fast(range) should it run a 1/4 mile?
Around what should i trap?
With that set-up is 12psi ok?
