I'm in the process of converting my 89 into a manual and I have a manual ecu the plugs all fit from the auto harness is it possible 2 use this set-up and if so do I need 2 do any slpiceing of wires?

Do a search for this and you'll find some info on it. There are wiring mods to be done with the cruise control, neutral bypass and back-up lights. Possibly others, (I'm still in the process myself).
yea I've searched the forums but the info I read doesn't look like anything I have on my setup like idk I got the tranny used off of sum1 and there is only ine connecter coming from the tranny wit 2 wires and a ground wire that's it I kno I must b missing some connections but wat
