ATI Super Damper Question

I'm replacing my crank pulley with an ATI super damper. I noticed that the stock crank bolt wont fit with the damper cause the sleeve is too big. I called ATI and they said I should machine the bolt to 1.780 inches to make it fit.

I'm just wondering if theres another crank bolt I can use that would fit with no modifications for another toyota engine??

Not that I'm aware of, a 7M uses larger threads than any other Toyota I've seen. Just find a good machine shop and have them machine the bolt to fit the pulley (give them the pulley to ensure a perfect fit)

My shop cut mine down to 45mm.

I gave it to my friend that works at a machine shop. He took the damper and 2 crank bolts and he will cut it for me...
