AR5 transmission

Wassup guys i have found a solstice transmission. Ive read that its almost identical to the r154. That being said ive been reading that the input shaft on the ar5 is longer and has different splines, what if you replace the input shaft with the one the r154 has and put a 7m bellhousing? would that work or thats too much? :1zhelp:

5mm has to be removed from the input shaft. Driftmotion now sells everything to do the swap.
