It is definetly a scam. There is no way in hell that car can have a buy it now price for $6,400usd. Why do these people even try to do such a thing in ebay? Do people actually fall for this bull shit?

yes, and that same car has been passed around by scammers for a damn long time, it was even for sale here in Nashville once, which was funny.
