Anyone raced a bike?

I was curious, has anyone raced a 600 bike before and keeped up/beat it, besides stevevangst? And if you did, what are your mods that you have?

I'm asking this question because my friend is getting a 600 and wants to race my January after i finish my car.

Lets see ... he's running a fully built engine, 4 inch exhaust, 3 inch IC pipes, massive IC, an IHI RHC7 turbo, 720? injectors, and a standalone ECU.

I don't think you are going to hang with a bike until you are well past the capacity of the CT-26 in any of it's forms.

yea, lets see car + u= 3900+ lbs + (benifit of the doubt) 300hp / 600cc bike, with 2 wheels + 200 lb guy = man on engine, so
3900+ lbs < 400 lb engine, there in you get ur ass whipped.

I weight 135 lbs, my car will be gutted, quarter of a tank with race fuel, and maybe a 100 or 150 shot of nitrous

i beat a 600 from a role on the highway, on a ct26, he probley was afraid to go real fast though cause we let off at 140 soemthing

ya i beat a bike from the roll on the highway but it was lik from a 100 to 130 it was a 600 sonething or other i still have the stock turbo but i have 14 pounds. also like slow said he might have just afraid to go fast.

I took a CBR from a light roll. No Idea what cc's it was. I was at a light with a 4door sedan beside me. The guy on the CBR was behind me. He annoyingly kept reving in quick short burst. As the light changed I pulled off faster then the sadan & shortly after I pulled away from the sadan (Not racing it) that lane came open & the CBR took it. He got to my rear passenger side tire/door & hit WOT & so did I. I guess this was from a 30-40 mph roll. Well I pulled about a car & a half on him for about a mile or so. He was beat I was surprised & he was pissed. This was with stock CT-26, Lexus AFM, Stock 440 Inj, Custom IC, boost at 14lbs through a Blitz spec 1, FIPK, 3" Custom Exhaust, Built Auto with 3200 stall.
