I recently bought the OEM Ishinu gasket set for the 7mGTE motor and I am looking through my seals and I cant seem to find what this seal is for. It came in the small bag with the valve stem seals and has the same dimensions as a camshaft oil seal. I am thinking it might be a seal for a non turbo distributor and it just put in there as a extra seal. Thanks.

I think I remember seeing that in my gasket kit too, but I didn't end up using it for anything. I can tell you that it is not for an N/A distributor because that is just a simple o-ring.

That's for the oil filler cap. Man mine was so toasted lol hard to get out of there.

BTW I got that same Stone kit and the EGR gaskets didn't fit, or were non-existent. Same with the cold start injector. Ended up making a cold start injector gasket out of thick card paper (using sealant on it). EGR needs to be a high temp gasket though. Found them at Oreilly's.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, it is for the OEM oil cap. I could not tell because I have a aluminum TRD oil cap going on and it only has a small o-ring on it and I have set my OEM oil cap aside.
