and CPT- its called dust thats whats wrong with your system, nothing else, your system will run with virus's and spywear and all kinds of crap.
the only know bug that ever shut down a system on XP right now was the saser.
which hid itself as lsass.exe and this gave u a warning

The SCSI's and 15 or so fans suck some power !

Im running way more stuff than u and my 500w isnt maxed yet, most fans only suck a few volts. ive got 3 raid drives,
I can see the cheeta's eating some power but other than that, ehh little bit.
My 939 pin requires more than ur P4 and
my video card is PCIe and it requires a 12v connector just to run.
but i guess its better to be safe than sorry.

Ditto on the Vid card mine has it's own Molex plug!

When I built it I was in full Tim Allen mode <grunt> <MORE POWER>

At the time there was nothing better to be bought I had the 1066 rdram months before it was available here ditto on the 3 ghz P4!

yea i see what your talkin bout, I have 22 fans in this tower,
keeps all the crap cool inside, I'm not to fond of water cooling.

(Took me awhile to get comfortable with the idea of water+expensive electronics)

All of the fans except the 6 on the Cheetah's run off the DigiDoc so only come on at the set temps so it's not too noisy!

I used to upgrade every 3 months but haven't touched it for a few years as I only use it for CAD, e-mail and surfing these days.
