You ever tried to adjust the carbs on one of those pre-fuel injection turbo Supras?

I called the guy and he said Toyota told him his knudesnvalves were almost new, but the muffler bearings could be causing the knocking noise. If he was closer I would definately buy it. I'm scared to drive it too far with the muffler bearings trying to seize up.
