Aluminum Fuel Lines

Anyone use aluminum tubing fuel lines for the straights under the car?
Its inexpensive and rated upto 250 psi.

yup. purchase by the coil, straighten it out, bend with a tube bender to match the factory lines and install. You need to enlarge the channels in each of the clips if you go larger, but outside of that, it's pretty simple.

You can use Aeroquip (or similar) soft lines which are not braided SS but still hold 300+psi. Much easier to install than bending hardlines.

I got enough to do 2 cars for $50 from a surplus hydraulics shop.

There is a minor noticeable fuel smell since it is softlines, so if that bothers you than stick with the hardlines.
