AFM Karman/Vortex Unplugged

Hello,
My 91 turbo Supra has been sitting for a few years, and I decided to put it back together. I am having issues with Code 31 and very rough idle.
When I disconnect the AFM it seems to run fine, and after plugging back in it runs very rough. Should I be searching for a new AFM? 22204-42011?
All hoses were checked for leaks.

assuming the wiring is good then yes its most likely the issue.

Well, that is good. Have you seen the amount of threads where somebody buys new parts or used, including ECU and it isn't fixed?
