Advice on dropping subframe

I'm trying to find in the tsrm how to drop the front subframe.
Can any help point me in the right direction?
Or what's the easiest way to remove it?
I've got a powersteering leak coming from the rack, and I've also gotta redo the oil pan since its leaking as well.
I'd rather not pull the engine to do these.
This is for a 89 as well

The rack easily comes out. The oil pan not so much but if you lift the engine up a little and lower the subframe a little it should slide out.
