Looks good. The way I was going to hook it up was hook up the 2 valve cover ports to a T fitting then to in port on the can and put the baffle side to the intake turbo side.

No it just unscrewed from the lid. I'm collecting the can and Friday will be last drain for test. I live in wet claimant it's kinda shocking

Here is my setup for the add w1. I was thinking of running it by where the washer fluid fill is but im having my intercooler pipe welded still and intake pipe from DM is coming in so I didn't know if I would have space, plus I could figure out a clean way to route the intake port to the catch can that way. I also put a foam filter inside the baffling case to help the condensation hopefully.

It works pretty good I'll shoot a pic of my collection from the week. But i have no control to compare it too.
I do feel like it can benefit from some stainless mesh in it also

Here is the collection from the week
That 4 trips to work and back 3 miles round trip
A 6 hour road trip all hwy and a 3 hour all hwy road trip
Seems to do well for the water I for sure think it will do better with some mesh in it

looks like some very nasty beer, but more condensation than anything. I thought steel mesh would just help with the condensation of the oil vapors not help with the water condensation?

I was thinking the mesh will help with oil separation out of the air

And leave the catch can loose it becomes very hard to unscrew after it warms up

Barley snug it

ive been weary of running mesh but that's just through reading expirences of it breaking down. what if you try rubbing some oil on the O ring like an oil filter to make removal easier

Been running the same stainless pot scrubbers in mine for 10 years now, no issue.

Nickle antiseize on the threads will help...

The can works alot better with a some stainless mesh in it. My only complaint is the catch can is not large enough fills up rather quickly in our wet claimant
