I know I've read it a thousand time, "don't buy cheap gaskets". Well after a month long rebuild/massive parts addition I started my supra today, everything went smooth but I kept smelling gas. Turns out the cheap o-rings sealing the injectors to the head are leaking pretty good, so now I'll be tearing a bunch of stuff back apart. So I'll say it now too, DONT BUY CHEAP GASKETS!

Oh well, looks like a good excuse to throw in some 550's......

ah yes.. its a shame you have to go through all that work but it is worth putting quality gaskets especially on a big rebuild. put those 550's on and order yourself a walbro fp. its mother natures way of telling you to ;-)

eww that sucks man. i learned the hard way too with generic parts, they last 1/100th of the time that OEM or Aftermarket stuff does.
