A/T OD jumper wire?

My speedo cable is broken and I am waiting for replacement parts. I have ECT unpluged and am shifting manually but only have 1-2-3. Does anyone know what wires need to be jumpered to enguage OD manually untill I get the parts?

I just read in the TSM that in manual mode it should shift (L)1st-(2)3rd-(D)4th. Maybe it is in OD but I dont think so because its at 3 grand on the highway at about 65. It is a cressida tranny maybe the ratios are different??
