A clutch ?tion

My clutch "catches" at the very very top of the pedal, is there any way i can adjust it to "catch" more in the middle of the pedal? if so how?

your clutch is shot. time for a new one!! its an auto adjusted clutch AFAIK. when was the last time you replaced it? what happends when you hit about 4000 rpms and dump it? slipping?

You can adjust the pedal, but most likely the clutch is on its way out, when I bought my 89' it was the same way. It is a threaded rod right off of the pedal under the dash, its a bit of a PITA to do it.

every time you put in a new clutch, as soon as everything is all buttoned up again you have to adjust the pedal.

adjusted the pedal and now everything is golden, thanks, now to fix the dome lites
