94 RHD Supra 10k$ 56Km?

Just like it says after tax title and out of country fees I found a non turbo RHD Supra with only about 30k miles on it or 56Km to be exact for 10k$ is this worth it?

Edit: Im planning on buying the car I just want to know If others think its a good deal.
