Car is non turbo. 10.6:1 compression and a megasquirt 2. I think there's more in it but i guess i'll see next time I go to the strip.

Spray on 10.6:1 is asking for it unless you have forged pistons and a MHG. Even then it would need to be more like a 50-100 shot. And make sure you have the ignition setup to back it up.

Just for referance a bone stock 4WD V6 Rav4 does 9.3 in the 1/8th, ask me how I know lol.

I know about the RAV4's... never said my car was fast lol. The engine has wiseco pistons, cometic hg, arp head studs, main studs, rod bolts, shot peened rods, and clevite bearings so it can handle it. I'm pretty sure a stock motor can handle a 100shot assuming it's not detonating. The MS2 I have can engage my nitrous solenoid, have seperate fueling, and run a different timing table. I've watched frickin v6 mustangs and trans ams with spray run 13s and 12s at my 1/4mile track so i don't see why I can't.

Stock motor can handle a wet 100 shot no problem as long as there's not to much timing advance. If your running a mega squirt should have the ability and knowledge to properly tune for it.

Get rid of the 5 speed and go auto ;)

Ya if you've got all that done you probably can as long as it was built correctly with good piston clearances. Thats the trick, spray motors are real finicky about piston wall clearances due to the rapid heat expansion. Forged pistons are less likely to eat it though.

I was just assuming you had jacked up the compression on a stock engine as that is all i've seen NA people do in my area.
