Nice, that looks super thin, or is it just me?
I already stated multiple times I'm more then likely not going to run an aluminum DP except for maybe at the track since I already have the materials bought.

That was caused by a turbine breaking off the shaft not from melting, an aluminum dp will be fine at the strip.
