I know its not the HAC sensor because the plug it there for that, looks like some one clipped off a plug and put the connectors on, wanna figure out if there is a sensor that goes here

My best guess from the location of the photo..
Looks like someone messed with the factory connector.
Were they connected?

Here is what mine looks like.
Under the yellow tape are 3 connectors:
2 blue w/ white wires and the center is green w/ red.
The green wire can be connected to either blue wires, but only one at a time.
I haven't touched mine, the green wire is connected to the left most blue wire.
The other blue wire is not connected to anything.

There is no sensor at this location.

Haven't looked into what its function is though...
Most likely something with the HVAC system.

Do you think they need to be connected?
You will have to verify what they are first.

Will the HAC system cause a CEL?
Based on the wire colors they are not related to the HAC sensor.
But to answer your question, yes if you have a code 32 its the HAC sensor.

Well I have code 22 (engine temp sensor) and 24 ( air temp sensor) I know why I have code 22, I have a bad connector, and as luck would dictate I have a bad maf hence code 24
