I dont know witch gazz to use for 100% stock 7mgte i actually put 87% octane gazz and i think this cause my engine run very hard but i change my fuel pump for a walbro 255 i dont know what is the problem maybe to high gaz pressure?? the engine run between 500-700rpm

Treat your car well and run the highest octane pump gas you can get. In the Northwestern US, it's 92 octane. In other parts of the US, you can find 93.
