7mgte neutral rev issue

Hey guys I've been having a small issue with my 7mgte since i bought it. In neutral the engine free revs fine but if I keep a steady throttle it bounces and kind of bogs. Really would like to figure out whats going on but I'm not sure where to start with this one.

Lex afm mod
Evo 560cc injectors
Walbro 255

I am running untuned at the moment so its running super rich for now. The only code its throwing currently is a EGR code 71. If you guys have any ideas or questions please let me know. Thanks

Change tps if you have another to throw on see if problem is still there and adjust properly. Per tsrm dontt have link to it hvyman this is where you come in lol
