I'm thinking that this says that the AFM, O2 sensor, and TPS are set and working OK? Comments, suggestions?

LV-LA Road trip MPG report:
outbound 3500rpm 90 MPH cruise 12.6 gal, 255 mi = 20.2mpg
return 3000rpm 80 MPH cruise 14.3 gal, 316 mi = 22.1 mpg
Full A/C operation

My prior Local/blvd MPG is >17,<19 w/ AC.

This is 85 7mgte auto w/ 4.10 rear, 3" Reintegrated DDP and exhaust to an estimated 2.75 or 2.50 Muffler and the timing may be 10 BTDC. (I think I dropped it back from 12).

At previous tank, did an ECU reset.

Other history:
I had checked and reset the TPS.
I had the CPS rewired to a used output connector piece. Started OK till a few weeks ago till it didn't at all and I crimp wired a used receiving side connector piece. Instant difference - with a quicker toyota 1 crank fire-up with a seat of the pants bit more vacuum and low cruise throttle response. (I have another thread about this)

^Won't hurt anything under cruise. Man, 27/32... that would be tough for even me to beat. At that speed the revs must be just right for best efficiency. (I'm foolishly assuming that you have done your math properly)

I get ok city.. i'm guessing around 20. But when i go on the highway @ 70 the gas just stays there... i feel i could go forever! so i'm guessing about 26+

88 Shimed wastgate to ~8-9 psi replaced curved upper hard pipe with a 2 1/4inch steel peace and no resonator with a K&N replacement air filter and mobile 7500. Oil does really make a diff.. its small but its there (not saying mine is good) and i'm on 10-30

P.S. is it me or is 70 a sweet spot... and 90 is the same shit too! 80 sucks tho, every time i go 80 i see my gas go down quick.

/\/\/\ WRONG! getting poor mpg wile @ 80... good mpg @ 90 HA HA HA (85+)

My uncle has a Lincoln LS V8 that when he cruses @ 75 he gets only about 18mpg (it tells you) and when he cruses 90+ he gets 26+... now that is retarded. But thats because the trans doesn't go into OD until 85+

Only a Supra owner would start a thread about getting poor mpg while doing 90.

where in the hell can you guys cruise at 90 the fastest you can get away with here in va is about 70 lol

Things must have changed since I left Blacksburg 2yrs ago, the left lane on I-81 used to run 85-90MPH, that was alot of fun in a lifted 4cyl 4-Runner :naughty:

I'm getting around 13MPG. Is there something that needs tweaking? I was hopeing for at least 18 to 20. Its getting expensive driving to work and back every day. (50 miles round trip)
