Hi there. I'm Kris and that's my second time here.
this is my beauty





'88, pre lifted hardtop, 7mgte with r154
engine has new crank bearings, piston rings, turbo, clutch is also new (6pad sports clutch). LSD works perfectly, no knocking rods or other shit :D
but the tranny, is dead...
spacer beetwen 1st gear and bearing in plate cracked into 3 pieces





i had small problem with parts, but i finaly get it. waiting only for one bearing, and i belevie this weekend, my car will be running again.
i also bougt second oil pan(for make it bigger, and detach oil cooler from filter), and i'm just waiting for my bigger oil pump kit(about 75% more oil at the same rpm)

i also have some small rust spots, and 2 big holes in fenders upon rear wheels. i ordered after lift stripes for all car :)

anybody knows who made this fenders? im searching internet and i cant find it. thats no Shine's fenders for sure

not. its from opel astra. its simply. toyotas pumps are shitty. this pump dont need oil cooling, its very cheap(used about 30$) and i musnt have 2 belts. now i have alternator in place of power steering, so thats is the simpliest solution :)

Wow. You really bumped this build up a notch. Thats some great looking fabrication on the intercooler support/ mount. Nice looking oil pan as well.
Keep the updates coming!

i just tried my power steering- it is working very well :).
aaaand the most important thing- oil presure ath idle(cold engine) is going around 4kg/cm2 and on hot about 2,5.
its very big upgrade from stock :D now i am only waiting for place in warehouse to make intercooler piping and new 3" exhaust :D

i will post next upgrades :)

Please explain your oil pump.
It looks like a stock pump, but with a large spacer added to it, and I assume longer gearset inside.
How did you do this??

thats right. cnc made 22,5mm spacer(about 75% larger than stock), and new gears also made on cnc. one is mounted on stock pin, second is made with shaft from one pice.
coast of this kit in poland is about 250$,and pump is not included(used cost about 40$). if anyone want it, i can send it to us, but this dont fits stock oil pan, and front subframe, it must to be cuted :)

hi there.
i havent posted for long time. so i have a bunch of pics, and a big update. instead of my work, i work with my car only weekends, so all goes not so fast. but my car is now nearly coming back to live.
so. what we have made? custom manifolds, intake and exhaust. exhaust with 2 external WG, T4 flange. also i have a new turbo. it is a garrett gt45r replica, but its made very well. i have modified my brakes. fornt 4piston calipers with 345mm discs, rear 2pistons calipers, but i have doubled it, so i have 2 calipers at 1 wheel. 1 is for handbrake :). my car gets lower with ISC coilovers. MeganRacing radiator + laser made shroud+2 electric fans, sit in my car. i've decided to go on e85, but this makes some problems. stock steel fuel line goes rusty, so i switched it oud with stainless steel. whole line, starting from tank is new.

So. the engine is done. i have 2 screamer pipes with small resonators to make this thing a little bit louder :D

0,5bar of boost come at 4k rpm, so it isnt so bad. engine is not finally mapped, so i think we could make it better. instead of my weak clutch, we try to make about 0.6 bar of boost at the beggining :)
