7mgte exhaust manifold torque spec

sup, my fellow supra brothers n sisters.

i currently believe i have a exhaust manifold leak, and i was wondering if there was a correct torque spec for the stock manifold itself. i looked up on cygnus and search thread but couldnt find the torque spec. was thinking about torqueing it down to see if it solves the problem as the exhaust manifold gasket was replace 4 years ago.

Pretty common for the threads in the head to start stripping out. Dm sells a kit.
