I've searched both here and SF, but found nothing. I was wondering, can the supra use, and would it want to use a throttle body from a 7mge cressida?

My bro replaced his NA engine with a JDM 7MGE engine before I bought the car off him. I later found out the JDM 7MGE's all come from 3.0 Cressidas with the 7MGE engines. The motor looks exactly the same, so therefore yes, it wil fit and work no problem. Everything is exactly the same
I'm not 100% sure they'll be swappable. What I do know is this; the turbo throttle body and the usdm na throttle body are slightly different, enough so that they won't interchange correctly. It also seems some jdm cressida/crown engines come with the usdm cressida style intake with no y-pipe and have a usdm turbo style intake, and some come with the y-pipe are are just like usdm na's.
So if you get a jdm 7mge with a y-pipe it'll interchange with the usdm na one no problem. If you get one without it; it may not interchange correctly.
