Okay so here is what I did and I hope this helps anyone else wanting information on the N/A induction piping from pod filter to throttle body.

Looks great Ryan!!!. Silicone couplers, straight tube. So simple..., I guess I had to do it the hard way.
For me, I used his idea somewhat, I realised that it would need to be 60 degrees in total off the throttle body to fit (using craigh310's set up as a guide (45 degree elbow + 15 degree mandrel bent tube = 60 degrees)) and went with a Samco 60 degree elbow which took me in to the path of the standard AFM position. From there I went with a 300mm long 76mm OD pipe which was cut down to the correct length from memory I took two inches off the pipe. Then I had the pipe expanded at one end as the connection on to the AFM is 81mm OD. On the expanded end there is a Samco 82mm OD coupler which ends with the AFM here are some pictures.
