arp mains
arp head bolts
cometic 86mm bore .071 thickness
stock cams
head ported and polished

arp flywheel bolts
comp stage 5 clutch

lexus maf and 550's also
safc
wideband
3" exaust

basicly the motors good to go!(hopefuly)

ive put 500 miles on it so far with zero issues (witht he ct26 on 10psi) i have a t4 manifold with a 50mm wastegate from DM so ive been looking into a turbo and the t76 sounds promising..im looking for 500(basicly maxing out the 550's for now) would the t76 be a good choice or should i just get a t70?

the specs of the t76 are
.80 compressor
76.80-102.35 compressor wheel
Turbine Wheel diameter 57.47mm / 83.16mm
.68 exhaust trim
and 3" v-band out

any opinions/useful comments are appreciated!

thanks jeremy

Unless you're going to run super low boost (tons of lag for minimal power i.e. terrible turbo choice), your engine will not last long due to lack of stronger forged internals, lack of supporting fuel mods, and lack of a proper stand-alone ECU. Anything above 400rwhp and you need a stand-alone.

master power t70 at 20lbs you will be making over 500rwhp with a much quicker spool than the t76. I have that on a stock internally motor, just a metal hg and had this setup for a very long time now running 15lbs off the wastegate spring on pump and 20-25lbs everytime i go to the track with a pump/ race gas mix. I like the .69 backhousing with mines

dude lots of ppl run over 400rwhp with out a standalone

i think its to big a turbo unless you want a drag car i guess

I had a Turbonetics T76 w/.68 exhaust housing. It was ball bearing though. It spooled awfully quick for the size. Although I have to disagree, if you're looking for only 500whp max.. there's turbos that will get you there with a much quicker spool.
