Far as I know, the 7MGTE came with either a 6m crank, or 7m crank.
The 6m crank is only counter-weighted on part of the rod throws, while the 7m crank is fully counter-weighted.
Is that what you are looking for?
If not, hit up the TSRM for basic data, but since every engine is unique, you get the "specs" from your own crankshaft and block. (To determine bearing sizes for example.)
