7M-GTE code 14

I just started getting a code 14 suddenly tonight. The engine seems to be running fine except once it warms up it starts stumbling and the tach drops quickly a few hundred RPM and then goes back up. It idles fine and runs good for about 15 minutes, but as I said once it warms up it stumbles, tach drops, and I got a code 14. Any suggestions?
