Friend sent me this old video of my 87T. It's from 2007. You can't read the time in this video but I ran 7.63 @ 90 mph and got a 1.64 60'. This was with NO nitrous, just turbo.

Any questions or comments are welcome.

Looks pretty good. Sounds really nice, what exhaust mods and downpipe? What would that equate to in the quarter?

I had a divorced downpipe I built myself that pretty much dumped straight down out of the engine bay. I ran an 11.72 in the 1/4 on regular wheels and BFG drag radials but had a 75 shot on it, however it was determined later that the nitrous kit wasnt functioning properly and may have not even helped. On the 11.72 run I got a 1.72 60' on drag radials and ran 7.60 at 93

Lol most people will know its 1/8 with a CT. Good numbers alot of people with alot more power can't pull those times.

Thats an awesome 60 foot! That thing leaves hard... did you have any launch control or was it just foot brake and driver?

No launch control, I just took it to about 6200 rpm and slipped the clutch out quickly. Stock driveshaft, stock rear end, stock subframe...just a 6 puck clutch.

My car runs 7.6x but it's at 97mph and 98mph. You're getting out of the hole way quicker than I am with my 6765. My sixty foots are usually around the 1.9x but I'm hoping our track is prepped pretty good this year. Last year it was lacking. Great times for such a small turbo.

Thanks, yeah people hate on the CT26's but if you have a decent tune and aren't afraid of reaming on it a little bit you can get some nice numbers out of them. This video surfaced just in time for my 91 w/a built 7m to be back up on the road. Giving me some inspiration to get it finished up!

BTW- suprahero, I was the kid at the Louisville meet years ago that showed up and my car was spitting coolant out everywhere, I had just gotten it back together the night before from doing a head gasket and the cooling system needed to be burped.

Thanks man. I was borrowing the wheels and tires from a friend. It was the 16" CCW MKIV Supra drag package, I believe they were Mickey Thompson et streets. I'm not sure on the size but I can find out.

Thanks everyone.

Supranasty- I did get a little anxious and redlighted on that pass but it doesnt effect the e.t.

yota8791- I was told they are just the standard Mickey Thompson E.T. Streets. The "cheater" slicks. 26x10.50-16 M5 compound.
