6m/7m crank visual differences?

How can I tell these apart visually?

The motor Im about to be rebuilding, well I have no clue on the year its a JDM GTE, It has a bent rod, and I figure the crank may be bad too.

But anyway Im rambling, Is there an easy way to tell the differences?

a 6m has "6M" stamped on it

Okay got it, 6m stamped, on 7m its not, Rod journals # 2 & 5 on 6m dont have full counterweights.
