5M/7M bell housing difference?

I'm doing a manual swap with my Cressida and I wanted to k now if the bell housing from a 5M would bolt right up to the 7M. And the clutch/flywheel/pressure plate. Could I use the ones from a 5M as well?

m series is all of the same, as for the bellhousing bolts.

a 7m bolts right in there, you can re-use the stock flywheel on the 5/7m although i would sugest getting atleast a new stock mkiii n/a clutch the pressure plate is rated for a heavier car, more clamp pressure.

and i think the though out fork is the same.

5m6m7m mgte starters are the same. although some say the 7m n/a starter is the highest torqe out put.. ?

5M and 7M W58 bellhousings are the same part number, same for the starter.

(7M-GE and 7M-GTE use the same starter).

I'm not sure if any of you would know, but would the drive shaft from a MA70 work in a Cressida (MX83)? I know the drive shaft I have (automatic) won't work for me.

you can get a drive shaft shortened for very very cheap, if its not the same.

I'll check with the local drive shaft shop. I didn't know they provided a service like that? I'll also ask about a 1 piece.
