okay so iam thinking of upgading from my stock 7m intake manifold to a 2jz manifold and iam just woundering what customizations need to be done for this process to work?

there are a billion threads on this.
you will need to get the lower runners welded from the 2jz to the 7m.
different ic setup, and ic pipes, differently tb if you go that route, and a few more.
