I'm pretty sure it doesn't, I remember that the spacing of the injectors is different between the two. Not to mention top vs side feed makes for two very different rails.

Nope, they aren't the same. And more specific, they do not bolt up, but you can get a top feed injector rail for a 2JZ-GE for $100 on ebay.
