2009 Project_mk3 restore

Here is my current project that i am anxious to finish, my 89 (almost) toyota supra is undergoing a front end conversion, and currently sits in the garage ready for body work to be done, needs a new windshield, but everything works, even A/C!! Other than that it had a BHG that i fixed weeks ago and im glad it is running great now, and yeah enough talk here are some pics...

More pics! Took some with the corolla, got a new driver door handle since mine was cracked, and got my front end ready for the 91 conversion, couldnt take alot because weather wasnt good at all and it was COLD OUTSIDE! But here are some

more body work from today, worked on the bumper KevinM gave me, it had minor damages to it but nothing bondo cant fix, hope everything else comes together soon so i can finally see me supra finished, only problems keeping me from continuing is money and school, but i manage to get work done on weekends too

more work, will be workin on applying some bumper filler for that crack to make the crack not get worse if the bumper gets hit of some sort, the bumper area on driver side seems to be tilted down more than the passenger side so ill work on probably replacing the reinforcement bar, more damage is going to be repaired/replaced soon, lesson learned, supras + work = massive amounts of spending

updates! found some turn signals locally yesterday and heres the almost finished look of my car, all i need now is the fogs and the paint!

New updates: replaced all the bulbs on the front end of the car, new front corner lights, found 89+ fender mouldings still lookin for the other pieces to complete moulding conversion, they seem more flush and better looking than my old ones, 89+ gauge conversion finished, new front mudguard since mine was rusted, BADLY! but yeah pics:

Updates, if anyone cares lol....

12/2/2008: Worked on the car again, since we got the truck painted and the supra is back in its garage now Got splash shields for the fender aka fenderwell now all the wiring is hid, just glad i got that on there it looks bad without it lol. Also worked on the front end of the car, patched up the area where the badge would usually go since i did a poor job on that and somehow it got messed up, but now its better, also applied some bumper repair on the crack on the bumper, ill see how long this "flexible repair kit" will hold, hope it does better than i think, Hmm, i was messing around with my fuel level sending unit since my low fuel doesnt light up when its supposed to, cleaned it up a bit and what do you know? It finally works, my fuel tank is really almost empty so the gauges are accurate, im happy now

More updates on the car: I got a set of polished sawblades from a friend, these will be on the car until i can afford better ones, i like them better than the nonpolished sawblades, also got the hatch struts from a turbo supra with the red sticker on it since i have a spoiler, my hatch holds up now

Yeah, but before i put the blades on im thinking of getting new tires along with them, but as for paint its gonna be a long time from now, i dont have a heated garage and thats not good

bump! still waiting for my new OEM door lock bezels (only cost $20 for the pair!) and a new med. grey parking brake boot, finally the supra will be getting NEW parts!

bump for updates! finally picked up my NEW oem door lock bezels, i like them especially since they have new metal clips no more gluing them on... still waiting for my leather e-brake boot from toyota also

another update! Got my replacement door handle off, sprayed primer on some rust after sanding it down, prepping the doors for paint and the newer 89+ mouldings to be installed on the car...
