2 Questions About My AEM V2 EMS!

I have a AEM V2 ems and I have 2 questions about it. I am gonna install a 80mm turbo + 2 Bosch 044 pumps + Bosch 2200cc Injectors.
I Would like to know if I still need a HKS Twin Power DLI Amplifier with having the AEM V2?
An can I set up more then one setting for driving meaning can I set A daily driving, A Power driving, A dyno & A straight track sitting? I would like to be able to drive my car daily an not have to fill my tank every 2 to 3 blocks.

With the first question I'm not sure but yes with the second you can have multiple tune maps set up for different events.
