So changed rear sub frame, all engine and tranny seals, new clutch, wiring harness. Now I can't seem to get it to mount in the engine bay. The rear turbo hits the firewall before the engine mounts line up. It was my understanding that the 1JZ went in with no mods... I don't see how it can fit without bruising the firewall big time. Is there a sequence / specific procedure that I'm not doing right?
