Yes Yamaha made the 1JZ heads and I am also starting to think that this is something to do with head revision. I researched this and haven't found anything on it. Yamaha made a lot of Toyota heads including the infamous 4AGE 20 Valve. Does any know if any of the 4AGE motors have these stickers as well?

ive had a few 20v 4a's and a few 3sgtes (both have heads built by yamaha) and ive never seen a sticker like that on any of the 4 engines ive had.

I took a shot of my Head Serial and block serial numbers, Maybe we can find a coralation between the serial numbers and the numbers on the cam covers

That V6 badge looks identical to what is on the back of a mid-late 90s Toyota pickup/tacoma.

What year?

Mine is from a Supra, I think a 1991 or 1990?

mine is from a Supra i think it was a 89.5 or 90 as it is a Ver. 1 1JZ and they switched to the ver. 2 intake setup in 91 IIRC
