1JZE-GTE out of a supra into a 87 MK3 supra

Hi all,

Wondering if someone has a step by step tutorial or instructions for the wiring that needs to happen for this swap (1JZ-GTE from a supra into a 87 MK3 supra). I saw a step by step posted for a soarer motor wondering if its the same. Apologies if its been posted before.

Any help would be great...

The body connectors are different so its not the same. If it has the c1 plug already then you just need to swap over the body connectors. and wire the alternator.

Thanks Hvyman, Is the C1 connector the one on the 1JZ harness that resides near the ignitor? I have 3 yellow connectors under the dash where the ECU resided and one larger connector that is on the new harness near the ignitor. The ALT wiring should be easy enough its just on the other side.Thanks for helping...Im that confused.
