ok so the 1j was running great i took a female friend on test drive and did a nasty 1st to 2nd burnout then a 2nd to 3rd good hard pull and went to smack it around a turn and the car sounded like it hit fuel cut or something and then i pulled in the driveway and i let her idle and she went into limp mode . so i ler her sit for a couple days and went to start her see what was upl and now its not in limp mode but when u give it gas it idles down but if you slowly rev it goes up just fine .

Have you checked for any codes?
Check all couplings and vacuum lines.

Don't apologize for run on sentences when it's just as easy to correct them as it is to type in an apology.........

I agree with jay, think you popped some vacum hoses off...or IC piping. Check them.

i checked all the ic piping and couldnt find any boost leaks . i was thinking mayb map or tps

ok so i started my car up today it low idles around 600 and idle still drops when i go to rev it but once i slowly rev it i can let all the way off and keep reving it as long as i keep it ...map sensor ? tps ? or ...... low idle ?

check to see the vacuum line going to your map sensor isn't disconnected.

build yourself a boost leak tester. this will let you know if a leak is your problem or not
