1JZ rollercoaster idle, code 13, map?

Last night me and a buddy went to hook up a lambda meter, we didnt get far enough to even accomplish fixing the sputter I have, well more like a sudden hick up.The dash lights quit working and the car would start but die out immediately it starts and holds an idle but the idle is up and down and my SAFC I is not getting a pressure reading. I have an 89 with a 1jz no major upgrades; exhaust, intercooler, BOV, stock mostly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

map sensor error is code 14. You have an electrical problem with your wiring I'd say.

Code 14 is no IGF signal, not map sensor.

Code 13 is caused by the cam sensors. Check both the cam sensors and the wiring to them. That's most likely what's causing your idle problem.
