1jz help. I am goin crazy.

I have been looking online for the past 4hrs and cant find any ECU motherboard diagrams for a 1jz ecu.

I have some burnt resistors and the shop doesnt know what to replace them with since they are bad.

If anyone can get me pics or a diagram that would be great.

Oh and the ecu is a manual ecu.

Get a hold of arron at driftmotion. He repairs 1j ecus for $75.

I would totally do that but I know how to do the work and need it by this weekend. I have dealt with Driftmotion many times and have been pleased every time.

just noticed you talking about resistors. i thought you were talking about capacitors .

resistors are usually color coded.. these aren't? I can't remember from when I looked inside my ECUs.

I highly doubt you will find a electrical schematic for the ECU. That type of stuff is usually closely guarded. I couldn't get one from MTX when I was trying to repair my amplifier. Only thing you can really do is reverse engineer it. Resistors are usually color coded like said above.

My resistors are burnt so bad that I can tell the color stripes. So frustrated.

Give me the locations and I can tell you the values. They're labeled R001...etc.

There is no numbers by the resisters that I am talkin about but I do have 2 really good pics. They are the circled ones. One is a black tower thing that looks a little burnt and then there is a 2 resisters. 1 resister is blue and the other is now burnt brown.
