Well I figured I would post some of the progress that we have done on my buddy's Nick car. It has been a long work in progress but its finally shaping up.
I will update as we build more parts for it. Majority of the project has been fabricated from scratch. Goal is 700+WHP.

We rebuild the head, 272 cam's with Greddy cam gears, MR2 spider shimless buckets, ARP studs and factory head gasket. The bottom end has not been touched for now.

Custom Intake Manifold... Short tapered runner with velocity stacks. 90mm TB,

It's looking good so far! I'm definately going to be keeping up on this thread. I just bought an oil cooler and oil filter relocation kit. Do you have an oil thermostat before the cooler?

Ok Here is some more pictures... Got the interior gutted and cleaned up the wiring. Getting the AEM, MSD, and Injector drivers wired in. All the wiring is done without sodering I have been sourcing terminals for weeks now ... It really is much nicer. I have been using high quality TXL Automotive wire and got a source for nice wire loom(high temp resistant stuff).

Last the fan control module. We removed the fuse block and relocated the battery. I will post some more pictures once the new fuse block and power junction are installed... I know the cut off for the inlet tube is ugly but it will get fixed later we just needed the room right now.

AEM is MK4 (1100 box with peak and hold box mounted directly on it)We used some of the stock harness the but the rest I build from scratch. I will snap some pictures of the supplies that I have...
There is a dedicated fuse block and relays for the Engine and Electronics. It does not go through the factory harness anymore. Its not installed yet but will be soon.

The only factory connectors left that go to the body harness are the B1 with 4 wires (starter, pps, and key-on signal) and the instrument cluster ( I dont recall the connector designation)

The pile of wires that you see is the extra wiring removed from the car. Heater, Air, Cruise, Theft, ABS, AirBag.... Its all gone. Still using the ABS sensor on the trans for VSS signal to the AEM... The entire harness in the right fender is gone with exception of the wipers, on the inside PPS and wiper relay is the only thing left. Removed starter relay also...
