1JZ ecu manual and auto the same?

I have a stock 1jz auto ecu tuned on greddy emanage ultimate. My auto ecu went bad and I want to know if I use a Manual ecu do I have to retune?

Its the same base-tunes on both ECU's.
But the manual vs Auto has some differences in the starter-system circuit.
From memory, the Auto vs Manual Ecu also has different rev-limiters... but thats all.

If your wideband says your engine is on target - There is no need for a re-tune.
