I have a Lexus sc400 with a 1.5jz gte swap it started making a noise and I didn't think it sounded like a rod knock however I'm having some people tell me it is a rod and others telling me it's a lifter or a blown head gasket. The oil is milky and I noticed the coolant was very low and its smoking out the exhaust. I looked up a few videos on YouTube of a blown head gasket and the sound is similar but I'm unsure and would like some help from you all. Thank you for your help in advance..... Also I'm finding it very hard to find 1jz gte parts for the head any help on what parts I cars I can search for that had the 1jz engine??? I also need a map sensor and I was wondering which one I need to get 1jz or 2jz??? Thanks for all the help I bought the car this way and the guy didn't offer up much info as far as the head and block and all attached are two video links to my cars noise

You bought the car in that running condition? Before any more damage occurs the engine will have to come out and everything checked, head gasket changed, crankshaft and rods looked at etc. I am not sure if a reputable machine shop would work on a hybrid motor though so you might need to just go 2J or 1J. I can't tell from the video where the noise is coming from but you could try a mechanics stethoscope and
1JZ engines were never in USDM cars so all the ones here were imported from outside the USA. There was never a parts stock for them here. You can get 1J parts through champion Toyota possibly or use something like this
http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/g_J_1991_TOYOTA_SUPRA_JZA70-BLMZZ.html and find the part you need and search for the Toyota number online.
Look at the swap guide for dummies about interchangeable parts. The maps are swappable and so is the head gasket, cam sensors, tps, crank sensor, water pump, crank pully, etc etc. The heads are different though so manifolds are not swappable.
